We want you to love your new hair, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided the hygiene seal remains intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, opened or worn hair extensions cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Process

  Before opening your package, ensure the product is the correct shade and length through the transparent window; once the security seal is broken, the item is non-returnable.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside to prevent any delays in processing your refund.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Print your return label, drop the parcel off at your nearest designated collection point, and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed via email.
